• You can organize even if you don't have the bins or baskets, yet. Start by making a list of categories or taking your stuff and placing it to make the categories that your pantry will have. For instance, vegetables or cereal or snacks section. Making a trial run of all the items you'd like to store in your pantry is a great place to start!
• Next, measure your shelves. Go ahead and take a photo of the pantry too, so if you're out and about shopping and you see some amazing containers, you'll be able to refer back to the photo to see if it would work in that space. Carry a mini tape measure or use a measuring app so you can measure something at the store if need be. I suggest this little gadget also comes in SO handy when shopping for home furnishings.
Extra tip: Organize your pantry by jotting down the measurements in your notes or uploading a photo with the measurements added. This way, you'll have them handy whenever you need them.
